We are expanding our finance team and seeking accounting professionals at all levels, from Entry-Level/Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, A/R & A/P Specialists, Accounting Manager, and Controller. Available Roles (Condensed Overview)

📘 Entry-Level / Staff Accountant

Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and month-end close. Ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals.

📘 Senior Accountant

Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, perform complex reconciliations, support audits, and mentor junior team members.

📘 Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist

Manage invoicing, payment posting, collections, customer communication, and A/R aging reports.

📘 Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist

Process invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, PO matching, and support month-end close.

📘 Accounting Manager

Supervise the accounting team, ensure accurate financial reporting, oversee close processes, audits, internal controls, and process improvements.

📘 Controller

Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and provide strategic financial leadership.

General Qualifications (Across All Positions)

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred for senior roles)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with accounting systems/ERP and Excel

• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of GAAP (required for upper-level roles)

• Progressive experience aligned with job level
