Overview:
The Benefits Administrator will manage the daily administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance, and effective employee communication about benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Act as the main contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct new hire benefits orientation and assist with annual open enrollment.
  • Update benefits records in the HRIS and ensure payroll deductions are accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other regulations.
  • Assist with benefits audits and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
  • Knowledge of benefits programs and regulations; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
