Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the monthly close process, including preparing and posting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Handle accounting for 7 entities, including intercompany transactions within a multi-entity environment.
• Analyze and reconcile multi-entity financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and support the accounting function.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on financial closings, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with MS 365 Business Central or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
