An airlines services company is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team!

This is an on-site opportunity in Far Rockaway with an annual salary of $65,000.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and process vendor invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Oversee accounts payable operations for three distinct entities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Generate and analyze AP aging reports to track outstanding balances and support timely payments.
