Staff Accountant 

Our client is an established, local, Residential Services company seeking an experienced and ambitious accountant to join their growing organization!

Responsibilities:

• Managing bookkeeping and general ledger
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as cash flow management
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals
• Interacting with federal, state, and local agencies for tax and registration matters
• Providing support to clients and the team with various administrative tasks
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams, including external partners like lawyers, CPAs, banks, payroll processors, and other service providers

Profile and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred
• Prior experience working in an accounting firm is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior ERP experience is preferred
• Strong multitasking skills, a hands-on attitude, and a willingness to engage in diverse tasks ranging from bookkeeping to consulting services
