We are seeking a BSA/AML Analyst to support daily compliance operations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and OFAC regulations. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements by monitoring transaction activity, identifying unusual patterns, and supporting due diligence efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions for low and moderate-risk accounts on a monthly basis and document any exceptions.

• Recommend and adjust monitoring thresholds; test accounts against risk models.

• Investigate inconsistent activity and submit inquiries to account officers for further review.

• Review rules-based alerts generated weekly, monthly, and quarterly to detect suspicious behavior.

• Conduct thorough sampling of transactions to assess account activity.

• Clearly document conclusions and escalate potential issues when necessary.

• Support overall compliance efforts and ensure staff are aware of BSA/AML/OFAC obligations.
