Job Title: Accounting Assistant and HR
Location: Sunrise, Fl 

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant and HR professional to support the daily operations of our Finance and Human Resources departments. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities across both functions with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing payroll and administering employee benefits.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget preparation.

• Handle employee documentation and maintain organized HR records.

• Prepare and update reports for both the Finance and HR departments.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic understanding of accounting and human resources principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Detail-oriented with initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
