Debt Customer Support Representative
📍 Downtown Orlando, FL (On-site) | 💵 $15–$17/hr + Uncapped Commission | 📅 Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Contract-to-Hire | 320–720 hours based on performance

A growing debt relief organization in Downtown Orlando is hiring Debt Customer Support Representatives to provide personalized assistance to clients exploring debt resolution options. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunities for advancement into team leadership roles.

What to Expect:

• All leads are inbound or pre-qualified — no cold calling

• Paid training provided (includes a mandatory weekend training session before start)

• Earn $125–$150 per enrolled account (first 10 enrollments go to the house)

• Target: 20–30 enrollments per month

• Clear promotion path to Team Lead with additional override bonuses

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who are eager to learn

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be local to Orlando and available to work on-site, Monday through Friday

• Backgrounds in customer service, loan matching, or recent graduates are a great fit
