Job Summary:

The Aviation Quality Inspector – Outgoing Parts is responsible for conducting final inspections on outgoing materials and parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications, documentation standards, and internal quality requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

***Minimum 1+ year of experience working with aviation surplus parts (required)***

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of outgoing parts and materials to verify conformance to specifications

• Review sales and repair orders to confirm material and documentation accuracy; identify and report any non-conformities.

• Verify physical attributes, quantities, and supporting records prior to final release.

• Accurately enter and validate data in the DASI database.

• Generate and issue DASI material certifications as required.

• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols when handling applicable materials.

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1+ year of experience working with aviation surplus parts (required).

• Prior experience in a quality inspection or related role preferred.

• Familiarity with ISO and/or AS quality standards is a plus.
