Job Summary:
The Aviation Quality Inspector – Outgoing Parts is responsible for conducting final inspections on outgoing materials and parts to ensure compliance with customer specifications, documentation standards, and internal quality requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
***Minimum 1+ year of experience working with aviation surplus parts (required)***
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visual inspections of outgoing parts and materials to verify conformance to specifications

Review sales and repair orders to confirm material and documentation accuracy; identify and report any non-conformities.

Verify physical attributes, quantities, and supporting records prior to final release.

Accurately enter and validate data in the DASI database.

Generate and issue DASI material certifications as required.

Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols when handling applicable materials.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 1+ year of experience working with aviation surplus parts (required).

Prior experience in a quality inspection or related role preferred.

Familiarity with ISO and/or AS quality standards is a plus.
