A fast-growing financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join their growing team. This individual will support senior professionals and clients by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling client requests, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Support account onboarding, documentation, and maintenance processes. 
• Assist with preparing client reports, presentations, and communications. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client needs. 
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. 
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred. 
• 2+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or a professional office environment. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems a plus.
