A dynamic legal team is looking for an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to handle a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases. In this role, you'll work closely with clients and attorneys, coordinating treatment, organizing case files, and helping ensure the best outcomes for those in need. If you're organized, compassionate, and ready to take ownership of your work, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims from intake to resolution

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular and compassionate communication

  • Work under the supervision of an attorney to support legal strategy and execution

  • Coordinate client medical care and track treatment progress

  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills

  • Prepare demand packages and other essential documentation

  • Keep digital case files up to date and well-organized

  • Proactively ensure cases move forward efficiently and clients are kept informed

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in personal injury case management or similar legal/insurance claims work

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
