We're looking for an experienced professional to manage high-volume collections and maintain strong customer relationships. In this role, you'll handle everything from reaching out to clients with overdue invoices to reconciling payments, processing credits, and keeping account records accurate and up to date. You'll play a key part in daily operations, including posting payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing account holds and activations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive collections by contacting customers with overdue balances daily.
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues quickly, ideally within the same accounting period.
  • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts for irregularities and non-payments.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Keep customer records current and accurate, including documentation in system notes.
  • Manage cash posting, credit memos, refunds, and overpayments.
  • Support credit hold releases by coordinating with customers.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and corporate collections.
  • Solid background in accounting or finance; an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (Sage preferred; Oracle or SAP also beneficial).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and custom formulas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
