About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle for a key product line. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to define product strategy, drive innovation, and ensure successful go-to-market execution. You’ll also own a multi-year product roadmap and serve as the “voice of the customer” across all product decisions.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage a 5-year product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs

  • Lead product development efforts from concept through commercialization

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sales teams to define and prioritize product features

  • Monitor KPIs and market trends to guide product decisions

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product positioning

  • Support development of marketing materials, field training, and go-to-market campaigns

  • Manage certifications, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation

  • Lead product lifecycle activities including field trials and SKU rationalization

  • Act as product subject matter expert across internal and external teams


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills

  • Proven experience managing roadmaps, product launches, and market analysis

  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and product marketing strategies

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
