Customer Support Specialist (2 Openings) Contract Duration: Through December 2025 (5 months with possible extension) Schedule: 7 AM – 4 PM | 100% Onsite Pay Rate: $17.81/hour

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of coordinating customer support services, especially in the area of spare parts and provisioning. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve delivery issues

  • Collect, track, and manage data related to customers and suppliers

  • Support timely delivery by monitoring material status and coordinating logistics

  • Perform data analysis and create reports using Excel

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent customer satisfaction

Who You Are:

  • Entry-level candidate with 0–3 years of experience

  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required for export compliance)
