Job Title: Business Development Associate – Manufacturing & Distribution

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Development Associate to support our growth in the manufacturing and distribution space. This role involves identifying new supplier opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting internal teams with strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an interest in product performance analysis, and the ability to build lasting relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new manufacturers and suppliers.

• Research market trends, product performance, and competitive positioning.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide relevant product information and assist in creating compelling presentations.

• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations and identify new business opportunities.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

• Ability to work onsite and cross-functionally with internal teams.
