A fast-growing financial institution is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst to join their team. This individual will be responsible for executing rate locks, supporting origination teams, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

What You'll Do:

• Process incoming rate locks, extensions, and reprice requests in the product pricing and eligibility platform.
• Review and confirm investor/product eligibility prior to lock confirmation.
• Prepare daily rate sheets and manage rate lock expirations and extensions.
• Generate reporting, including loans pending sale, mark-to-market, and sales commissions.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of lock desk or secondary marketing experience (mortgage industry required)
• Understanding of interest rate dynamics and MBS pooling.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
