HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & Engagement

Seeking a motivated HR Generalist to lead recruitment and support onboarding and employee engagement. This role partners with managers to attract top talent, enhance new hire experiences, and strengthen retention efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for skilled and professional roles

• Collaborate with leaders to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans

• Support onboarding plans and employee check-ins

• Lead engagement initiatives including recognition and wellness programs

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of HR experience with focus on recruitment and engagement

• Experience in fast-paced or manufacturing environments preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred
