Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, and general ledger entries

• Assist with job costing, lien releases, and Notice to Owner (NTO) documentation

• Support financial tracking and reporting for construction projects

• Help catch up on paperwork and backlog, particularly around NTOs and lien management

• Use Sage 300 (or similar construction accounting software) for entries and reporting

• Work closely with project managers and administrative staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong accounting or bookkeeping background, ideally in a construction environment

• Sage 300 CRE experience highly preferred

• Familiarity with lien releases and NTOs (training can be provided)

• Excellent attention to detail and organization

• Ability to jump into a busy environment and help get things back on track
