The Payroll Specialist will support the HR and Payroll needs throughout the company at each of the client's location. The Payroll Specialist will process, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, deductions, tax data, and reporting.

This is a fully onsite, contract to hire role, located in the Apopka area, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilites of the Payroll Clerk: 

• Accurately process and maintain weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
• Review all garnishments and ensure compliance
• Coordinate distribution of payroll reports/checks as needed
• Audit all payroll information for accuracy to ensure completeness
• Audit and process expense reports
• Assist with verification of employment requests
• Process payroll deductions for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, health, FSA and HSA, dependent life, group term life, 401k and 401k loans, and garnishments

 Requirements of the Payroll Clerk: 

• 2+ years of Payroll or Certified payroll experience
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft business applications and various reporting software
• Experience with ADP and QuickBooks preffered
