Job Type: Contract to Hire - Extended contract

Schedule: Tues-Friday 7a-5p for non "month end" weeks and the week of month end they work Mon-Fri 730a-430p

Start Date: ASAP

Must have experience with reconciling insurance invoices, 401k, ADA, OSHA, and FMLA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive support to company employees for benefit enrollments, retirement plans, and other benefit inquiries, ensuring clear guidance and assistance
  • Track and update HR system processes, resolving any issues and adjusting eligibility or coverage information as required
  • Manage enrollments and terminations for health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance plans, collaborating with service providers to ensure efficient plan administration
  • Oversee benefits-related data entry in multiple systems, handle FMLA requests in line with company policy, and prepare reports, reconciliations, and verifications as needed to support accurate and compliant record-keeping
