We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong background in multi-family or apartment property accounting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment and have extensive experience with AIA billing, owner draws, and related functions.

This role requires proficiency in ProCore software and QuickBooks and the ability to handle complex accounting for up to 330 units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Managing projects worth multi-millions of dollars of cost
• Process AIA draws, owner draws, lien waivers, and billing with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain organized financial records and collaborate with auditors during required audits

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-family or apartment property accounting, handling high-volume units
• Proficiency in AIA billing, lien waivers, owner draws, ProCore software, and QuickBooks
• Strong familiarity with the accounting processes for complex properties, including reconciliation and reporting
