Job Title: Installation Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to manage and oversee the installation process from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule installations by communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Oversee all phases of the installation process to ensure timely and successful project completion

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients and installation teams

• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process

• Manage project resources and timelines effectively

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and team members

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Basic knowledge of doors, trim, and related materials is preferred

• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
