SAP Business Analyst Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) Direct Hire Overview Job Summary The SAP Functional Business Analyst I will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the SAP system to meet the business needs of our organization. The SAP Functional Business Analyst I must collaborate with various departments to understand business processes, gather requirements, and configure SAP modules, including but not limited to SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), and PP (Production Planning). This foundational position is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their expertise in SAP and make meaningful contributions to the organization's success by driving efficiency and innovation. Educational and Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands on experience gathering requirements, process improvement, and optimizing functionality within SAP environments. Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes. Proven track record in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements. SAP S/4 HANA experience is preferred.
