We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer phone calls, managing collections, and maintaining accurate records. This is contract to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

  • Provide daily phone (high volume) and e-mail support to our customers
  • Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generating accurate aging reports on time
  • Make daily collection calls on outstanding balances over 30 days
  • Enter and reconcile daily deposits
  • Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments on customer accounts

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Receivable/Collections experience
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience 
  • Proven customer service skills via phone and email 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
