Position Overview:
This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. The position involves assisting staff and management with a range of organizational and communication-related tasks to help the team function effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions promptly and accurately.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Assist with preparing and generating local reports and documentation.

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and handling mail.

  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.

  • Welcome and assist visitors and provide general office support.

  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.

  • Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information.

  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative procedures for increased efficiency.

  • Provide backup support to customer service as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a professional setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours per week)

  • Overtime may be offered depending on business needs, but is not mandatory.
