Our client is seeking a professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to support a busy medical facility in East Orlando, FL.

This is a fully on-site, extended contract opportunity. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, manage messages, and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and update patient records
• Utilizing internal eWC software
• Update the customer's information in the database for accurate records and documentation 

Requirements:

• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish is required
• 2+ years of CS experience in a medical or healthcare facility
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in high volume 
• Experience in a customer service or customer-facing environment 
• Experience with eClinicalWorks software is a plus
