This is a true 360° role ideal for someone who has mastered both client development and candidate delivery—and is ready for the freedom and support to build something of their own within a nationally recognized, rapidly growing firm.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Grow your own book of business by developing new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering strategic staffing solutions in Direct Hire, Temporary, Contract, and Project-Based services.
  • Recruit top-tier candidates across a variety of roles in: Accounting & Finance (Public & Corporate), Tax, Legal, HR, Administrative & Customer Support, Logistics, Operations, and more—ranging from entry-level to executive search.

 

What You Should Bring:

  • 2+ years of recent experience at a staffing agency, operating in a full-desk or split-desk model is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate new business and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets.
  • A relationship-first approach to recruiting with excellent sourcing, screening, and client management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive with autonomy, love solving problems, and are ready to grow something that’s yours.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required—your hustle and results speak louder than a diploma.
