Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a warm and professional experience to every customer, taking time to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

• Open and maintain various account types while ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines.

• Guide customers through digital tools and self-service banking solutions to increase ease and efficiency.

• Handle a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and integrity.

• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services based on client needs, including making outbound calls for follow-ups.

• Participate in team initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Stay current on banking policies, security procedures, and customer service standards.

Ideal Background & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, especially in financial services or cash-handling environments.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally.

• Familiarity with standard office software and ability to learn internal banking systems.

• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are a plus.

• A positive, team-first attitude with a high level of reliability and accountability.
