Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-10 hour shifts

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Tampa area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, eager to learn, and committed to long-term career growth. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to our continued success.  The ideal candidate will have experience with homeowner property insurance, evaluating damages, and coordinating with a law firm.

  • Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, and reliability in all professional duties.
  • Uphold honesty and loyalty in all interactions with clients and team members.
  • Embrace continuous learning and skill development to stay current with industry trends.
  • Take initiative in expanding your role and tackling new challenges.
  • Apply new skills and knowledge to improve daily performance and client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Active 6-20 or 3-20 license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management systems such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Drive, Sheets).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Background in insurance or construction is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year
  • Performance Bonuses: Monthly incentives based on sales performance
