Production Associate
Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10-Hour Shifts (3-Day Weekends- Friday required only as needed) Pay: Opportunity for $1 increase after 90 days or sooner based on performance

What You'll Do
- Assemble filtration systems, filters, and related components according to work instructions
- Package finished products for shipment
- Read and follow production work orders, assembly instructions, and quality standards
- Safely use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and tape measures
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with moving materials using pallet jacks or hand trucks when needed
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365
- Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, stoop, climb, and work at waist level
- Lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators when necessary
- Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and occasionally use ladders
