Warehouse Associate / Counter Sales

Location: Monroe, NC 28110
Pay: $18.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Monroe, NC. This position combines warehouse support with customer-facing responsibilities, helping ensure our showroom and warehouse remain organized, well-stocked, and ready to serve customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys staying active throughout the day, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock showroom displays to ensure products are neatly presented and readily available.
• Receive and put away incoming inventory shipments accurately.
• Organize and maintain overstock inventory for easy access.
• Restock warehouse bins, shelves, and picking locations.
• Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional branch environment.
• Support counter sales staff by assisting customers as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and inventory handling practices.
• Perform other warehouse and branch support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, or counter sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
