  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified contractors using the company's CRM.
  • Guide contractors through the onboarding process and ensure all required documentation is completed.
  • Maintain contractor records and keep compliance documentation current.
  • Coordinate contract setup, pay rates, start dates, and contractor agreements.

Compliance & Administration

  • Manage contractor compliance, audits, and required documentation.
  • Assist with internal insurance audits and compliance reporting.
  • Review and maintain contractor agreements and client contract documentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation within company systems.
  • Ensure CRM records remain accurate and up to date.

Operations Support

  • Support Operations during event staffing and contractor check-ins.
  • Coordinate contractor payroll review with Operations and Accounting.
  • Assist with monthly contractor Pay Day coordination and communications.
  • Help manage contractor supplies, uniforms, and equipment distribution.
  • Maintain office inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies.

Contractor Engagement & Retention

  • Manage contractor appreciation initiatives, referral programs, and recognition efforts.
  • Coordinate team meetings, contractor events, and engagement activities.
  • Support social media and public relations initiatives highlighting contractor success.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting, operations coordination, staffing, human resources, or contractor management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and Sales.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
