A growing commercial real estate company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their team. This role is responsible for lease activations, rent billings, collections, and reconciliation activities, working closely with the Accounting Manager on a collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

• Generate monthly invoices and account statements, applying and posting receipts accurately and timely
• Process move-in/move-out accounting and perform account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies monthly
• Reconcile cash receipts and security deposit accounts
• Assist with CAM/Tax/Insurance reconciliation recovery schedules and respond to tenant questions on charges
• File sales/use tax quarterly
• Support the year-end audit process and assist with corporate bank and intercompany reconciliations
• Meet with tenants to review ledgers and resolve account questions
• Take on ad hoc projects and reports as requested by management

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of real estate accounting experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Yardi Voyager required
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
