Our client is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst for their Finance team.

Your role:

• Responsible for the maintenance of the bank's Strategic Plan, updating the goals and initiatives.
• Monthly tracking and evaluating the progress of each of the identified planning elements
• Responsible for preparing the monthly Strategic Planning report.
• Assists in preparing reports and presentations as assigned.
• Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance. MBA degree is highly desired.
• 1+ years of experience in the Banking industry or related field.
• Proficient and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and database management
• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
