The Concierge Specialist is responsible for assisting independent financial advisors and their support staff with navigating the company's systems, products, and services. They will be the primary point of contact for all operational needs and will work in a small team environment to respond to inbound calls and emails. The essential duties and responsibilities include answering inquiries about account servicing, the company's website, cost basis/account transactions, transfer of assets status, and retirement plans.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in brokerage/financial services, banking, operations, or client support.
• High school diploma or GED is required, and a college degree is preferred.
•  Series 7 license, which may be obtained within 180 days of hire.

The Concierge Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that independent financial advisors and their support staff receive excellent support and service.
