Seeking a Senior Property Accountant for a well-established property management company. There is plenty of room for growth. Everyone is treated with respect, and there is a strong internal team oriented culture.

Duties:

• Month end closing activities
• CAM reconciliation
• AP/AR/GL balancing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
• 3 or more years of experience with industrial or commercial real estate
• MRI is required
• Yardi is preferred
